As "The Walking Dead" sustained simultaneous updates from week to week, the focus has shifted to the main game player namely Daryl, Sasha and Abraham, as they continue dealing with a new group of enemies. According to Reedus, who played the character of Daryl, the story of the week has a very intense start on the show since there were a lot of things that took place in the episode that really jumpstarted the storyline for the next succeeding episodes. It seems like starting from today, the show will be on for a fast move with much increased thrill factors.
Once again, the "Walking Dead" fans have come up with another set of theories which were ignited by hearing someone saying "help" on the walkie talkie. And the fans have once again hoped and kept on guessing over the possibility that it could be Glenn asking for help. Some have quickly speculated that perhaps Glenn has survived. But according to Reedus on Yahoo TV, it is not Glenn (Steven Yeun).
Since Glenn's last appearance brought about by his early demise, Steven Yeun's name hasn't been included on the list of credits. Which can also be understood as perhaps his character did really depart.
Scott Gimple, one of the "Walking Dead" showrunners, addressed the audience after Glenn's final appearance, with lines mentioning about Glenn's status on the show. According to him, Glenn's character will be back to help in concluding the story. In a way, certain version of his character will be seen either through flashbacks or current settings of the story.
As for the curious fans who have been following the story about Glenn, rumor has it that he was spotted filming with the characters that have not been introduced yet. Could this be a part of the flashback? What if Glenn has been hidden under the dumpster and is still alive? Will he be a part of the current setting once again?
