‘Gotham' Season 2 Episode 10 Spoilers: A Surprise from Theo Galavan, Plus Bruce Wayne's Continued Search for Parents' Killers; Will Mr. Freeze Finally Show Up?

"Gotham" season 2, episode 10 is the second to the last episode before the winter hiatus and the series is packing a few punches that will get the viewers riveted in time for the cliffhanger.

The episode 10, titled "The Son of Gotham," seems to be focused on the villain Theo Galavan (James Frain). What fuels this speculation is the video preview which shows many Theo encounters. From the sneak peek, viewers are shown a court room where Theo Galavan has just been exonerated by the judge while a disappointed Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) makes a scene by punching Theo.

It would be assumed that someone as evil as Theo won't live peacefully after his brief stint in jail. The man surely has some tricks up his sleeves and it is only normal to speculate that he will go after the people who caused his jail time. One thing is for sure though, Theo is planning something and that Jim has to stop whatever that plan is.

According to Carter Matt, "Gotham" season 2, episode 10 is vital for the Galavant character. However, neither the synopsis nor the preview has mentioned anything about it.

What is mentioned in the synopsis though is Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) getting closer and closer to finding out who murdered his parents, noted Comicbook. In the teaser for episode 10, Bruce was lured by a villainous man into going somewhere and the heir to Wayne Enterprises willingly goes with him as he sees that Silver St. Cloud (Natalie Alyn Lind) is being held hostage. What will happen to Bruce is curious as the video shows a silhouette of a man with a knife then Silver screaming as if Young Master Wayne gets hurt.

Speculations are also circulating that Mr. Freeze (Nathan Darrow) will make an appearance since the preview for episode 10 ended with a frozen logo, something that the cold villain is known for. However, reports say that the "Gotham" villain will not make a big impact to the show until the second half of the season.

Watch "Gotham" on FOX every Monday at 8PM ET.
