Charlie Sheen HIV Cover-Up: Actor Threatens Acquaintances To Pay $100K If They Spill His Secret

Charlie Sheen's elaborate cover-up of his HIV positive status affected countless men, women and transsexuals that many have wondered: How exactly did he do it?

An article on RadarOnline.com has the answers. The "Two and a half Men" actor used "payoffs, intimidation, and ironclad confidentiality agreements to create a massive and far-reaching cover-up."

The article disclosed that the National Enquirer provided RadarOnline a copy of the non-disclosure agreement, which they said has shocking content.

The agreement stated a warning at the very top of the document saying, "This agreement affects your rights. Read carefully before signing." In fact, the terms covered inside the contract are both comprehensive and very strict.

The RadarOnline article further mentioned that the document issued was "in consideration... for having the opportunity to spend time with and associate with" Sheen, who is HIV positive.

The person asked to sign the contract is banned from any form of release related to Charlie Sheen like "instant messages, texts, contracts, correspondence, faxes, tapes, CD-Roms, USB flash drives, SIM cards, photographs, films," and more.

It included restricting any individual who signed the document to interact with "friends, family members, associates, journalists, media organizations, newspapers, magazines, tabloids, TV programs, radio programs, blogs" even the social media accounts are covered."

Books, articles, photographs, movies, videos, and all forms of media that mention Charlie Sheen publicly are totally banned.

These are all covered in the document which included an expalantion that "Sheen is a public figure" and that "substantial effort and expense have been dedicated to limit the constant efforts of the press, other media and the public to learn of Sheen's personal, professional and business affairs."

The contract stated that the violators will pay at least $100,000, which was the same amount of money that he shelled out to pay a gossip blog to remove all articles related to his HIV cover-up, the RadarOnline article stated.

The actor admitted that he took "heavy measures" to maintain the total secrecy about what was really going on behind the walls of his Los Angeles mansion in Mulholland Estates.
