‘Scream Queens’ Season 2 Spoilers & Cast News: One Direction's Harry Styles to Join FOX Series? Creator Ryan Murphy and Star Oliver Hudson Hint at the Plot

"Scream Queens" season 1 is not yet over but spoilers and updates about the season 2 are being released one after another, including a possible casting for Harry Styles of One Direction.

FOX has yet to pick up "Scream Queens" season 2 but rumors are already spreading that the 1D band member is going to appear in it, stated Inquistr. According to Ryan Murphy, the creator of the slasher TV series, the production will add around 10 new cast members that include one popular male pop star.

Speculations instantly surfaced that it could be Styles Murphy was referring to since the the 21-year-old singer had already been given the go signal to chase after a Hollywood career while One Direction is on a long hiatus. If it is indeed the British crooner the "Scream Queens" creator is talking about in his statement, he would be joining fellow singers like Nick Jonas and Ariana Grande, who graced the show's first season with their appearance.

Meanwhile, Murphy, 49, also shared how he pitched in his ideas about "Scream Queens" season 2 to FOX and got favorable reactions from the executives. During the show's Fan Fright Fest in NYC, the "Scream Queens" creator revealed: "In the second season, the survivors go off to a new venue, a horror based venue, and then they have to fight a new killer, a new villain, a new threat."

Murphy, who also served as a co-creator of hit musical show "Glee," did not disclose where exactly the surviving characters are headed. Yet Oliver Hudson, who plays Wes Gardner in the thriller TV series, divulged the setting for "Scream Queens" season 2, Latin Post reported.

According to the 39-year-old actor, who was scared to spill anything out since season 2 has not yet been confirmed by FOX, the next installment for "Scream Queens" will likely happen in a summer camp.

Currently, there are four more episodes left for "Scream Queens" season 1. The show airs on FOX every Tuesday night.
