Just recently, it was reported that actress and fashion designer Nicole Richie and husband Joel Madden just sold their Hollywood Hills home for $2.67 million. Was it actually a sign of an impending divorce?
According to Life and Style Weekly, Nicole Richie has been constantly in conflict with husband Joel Madden because of his alleged flirting with other women. Talking about reports that Nicole was furious after Madden was photographed having lunch with a mysterious woman, an insider has reportedly told OK! Magazine that, "They got into a nuclear fight about it." The insider also said that the 34-year-old actress is not happy about Joel Madden's closeness to "The Voice Australia" coach Jessie J.
According to Life and Style Weekly, the source also added that Richie has been having issues with Maddens behavior saying, "[She] has some serious issues with the way Joel lives his life. She's been begging him for years to cut down on the drinking and partying. He gets the most horrific hangovers, which only makes their fights worse. But he can't take her lecturing him he feels like he's married to his mom!"
But according to Gossip Cop, the reports that the couple are headed for divorce are not true. To debunk divorce rumors and claims that the couple are constantly fighting, it was also pointed out the publication and the source have no evidence that Madden is flirting with other women.
Gossip Cop has noted that OK! has scooped the story from its sister magazine "Star", adding that even if its cover shown that Richie is in the brink of a "$225 million divorce" and Joel was "caught with [a] mystery brunette the couple are not divorcing. Gossip cop has already attempted to correct the publication. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden married in 2010 and they have two children.
