The long wait is over as the premiere of "Digimon Adventure Tri" has arrived and together with its premiere is a new type of Digimon which will be added to "Digimon World: Next Order."
Just last Friday, Tamer Union have finally given their review of the special live stream which was shown just before the "Adventure Tri" premiere online. In the live stream, the hosts has confirmed that there will be a crossover between the anime series and the "Digimon World: Next Order" universe. This will also include a digital download of the lastest DigiDestined companion - Meikumon, which fans will get when buying the game by next year.
Recently a photo has been circulating online which was possible to have begun in a café in Japan which promoted "Digimon Adventure Tri" featuring the eight original DigiDestined and their newest character Meiko Mochidzuki. Other than that, the photo seemed to indicated an assumed that she has Rookie Level Digimon.
Speculations say that Meiko is from Tottori and have transferred to Tai's class during the "Digimon Adventure Tri" storyline. Here she begins to be in "search for something in Odaiba and gets involved in battles with Digimon." This somehow shows that the Meikumon is turning out to be the catalyst in her Digimon journey.
In other news, Fans can now see the anticipated "Digimon Adventure Tri," starting off with "Reunion" on Crunchyroll.
According to Anime News Network, the description of the anime read "It's been six years since that summer adventure when Taichi 'Tai' Yagami and the rest of the DigiDestined crossed over to the Digital World."
"And nearly three years have passed since the final battle between Hikari Yagami's group and BelialVamdemon. As the peaceful days passed by, at some point the gate to the Digital World closed. Not even the DigiDestined know what caused this, and time alone continues to pass."
