"The Walking Dead" Season 6 star Katelyn Nacon talks about the return of Enid and if she will or will not bail on Glenn in the mid-season finale.
During the Nov. 22 episode of "The Walking Dead," everyone were able to witness the true fate of the well-loved character of Glenn portrayed by Steven Yeun that he was still alive. Along with the new angle for Glenn's survival is also the epic return of Enid.
Enid was the one who helped save Glenn after being swarmed by walkers, as she gave him water after being on the dumpster over night. However, there is a catch, since the mysteries about Enid's disappearance still bothers a lot of fans and have them to think if Enid will stand by Glenn's side until the finale.
According to Hollywood Life, Katelyn talks about all the wild theories that surround Enid's disappearance as she said, "I liked it because it added to the mystery."
With Enid's return, the theory if she kidnapped Judith has been answered. The fans already "know she didn't take Judith" since there were speculations about it especially when "Carl wasn't looking during 'JSS.'" On that same episode, Judith was also seen and all the while she never left Alexandria.
Katelyn gave her comment about the said theory and said, "I found that theory to be kind of silly because it doesn't make any sense for Enid to take a baby with her if her whole mantra is [Just Survive Somehow], having a baby with you isn't the best way to survive."
Enid may have helped Glenn but she still remains to be someone who does not like any emotional attachments. It has been reported that one of the major reasons she left Alexandria is because she thought that is what the Wolves want and by doing that she will no longer be able to see anyone she cares about to get hurt.
Sadly for Enid, she turned into this kind of person after she saw her parents eaten by walkers and was left all alone as she roams around and continues to survive. According to She Knows, because Enid is known on being so "flighty," she has then earned the "reputation for being suspicious."
Katelyn then explained why Enid keeps on roaming around and said, "It is about Enid's 'walls' as it is about the walls of Alexandria."
She added, "It's kind of both, you know? She was getting closer to the people in Alexandria and that's not working out for her, because one of her main defense mechanisms is to not let anyone."
"She knows that if she does and then loses that person, it would affect her more than anything. Also, I think she kind of knew that Alexandria wasn't going to last, so when the Wolves came in, it came down to, 'Yeah, these walls aren't actually safe, and I need to get out of here,'" as explained further by Nacon.
That is why when Nacon was asked if she will stick around to help Glenn save Alexandria and if she will bail on him in the upcoming episode she answered, "I'm not sure."
Nacon continued, "We'll have to wait and see!"
