The Christmas season is just around the corner and various TV/cable networks have a lot of TV premieres to offer during the busiest and most festive month of the year. Variety shared the upcoming and returning series which will premiere on December 2015.

According to the outlet, a lot of networks took advantage in changing the usual and boring lineup of reruns and marathons. They are now scheduling several TV premieres in December for the possibility of finding potential viewers.

NBC Universal president Dave Howe shared that the month of December will be the best time to find a new way after the premieres of TV series during the Fall TV season.

“The challenge for series beyond the premiere window is to drive viewing across every platform, feeding catch-up and binge viewing as much as possible to hook viewers through the first few episodes and get them bonded with the characters and story,” Howe said.
