Ashton Kutcher, the "Two and a Half Men" actor is reportedly selling his Hollywood Hills pad quietly for $12 million.
Several tabloids are reporting that Kutcher is looking for a buyer for his Hollywood Hills home, especially with all the major changes and a baby's arrival around the corner, the "That 70's Show" actor wants to shift.
The Trulia Blog is reporting that Mila Kunis, his pregnant fiancé, wants to move to a more family-friendly house to bring up the baby and Kutcher's bachelor pad does not suit their purpose anymore.
The paparazzi have also become a problem. More recently, on a walk with the dogs, the "Friends with Benefits" actress had an argument with a rowdy photographer just outside their house.
Kunis was fuming and yelling at the intrusive photographer and Kutcher came to the rescue right in time gently steering her inside the house. He later came out to give the photog a piece of his mind, reports Hollywood Life.
Kutcher purchased the Hollywood Hills house in 2008, just after splitting from Demi Moore, for $8.45 million. He apparently rented the pad for $50,000 a month before buying it. The residence is a three-story, 9, 385-square-foot home, comprised of five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The home offers panoramic views of Lake Hollywood nearby and has a private screening room, a bar area and a massage room too.
Justin Bieber was keen on purchasing the property but Kutcher swooped down on it before the "Baby" hitmaker could lay his hands on it.
News of the pocket-listing comes just after reports of ex-wife Demi Moore listing her New York City triplex surfaced. The price for the residence is $75 million and the deal includes a two-bedroom unit just below the triplex. There is hardly any intel on the details of the home but if it manages to sell for that much, it could be the city's most expensive co-op sale.
