Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin still living together

Gwyneth Paltrow, the "Iron Man" actress, and her musician husband, "Coldplay" frontman Chris Martin, are still living together, according to some "restraining order" documents that Paltrow filed against a stalker.

Gossip website TMZ reported that Paltrow recently got a restraining order against an alleged stalker who had been terrorizing the family, sometimes even breaking into their house.

TMZ got hold of a copy of the documents and found that Martin's name was listed under the "protected person" segment and "living with petitioner" was hand-scribbled right beside his printed name.

The restraining order states that Nickolaos Gavrilis, the stalker, managed to break into their London and now Los Angeles home and must stay at least 100 yards away from Paltrow, Martin and their two children - Apple and Moses.

Paltrow and Martin famously announced their separation on her "GOOP" blog in March this year, claiming that they were "consciously uncoupling." They, however, maintained that they would remain good friends and make the most effort to bring up their kids together.

"We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate," they wrote.

"We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been," they added.

Since the announcement, the couple has been spotted several times hanging out together and in fact, they were on a vacation when they announced the separation!

News of Martin and Paltrow living together comes just after sources reported Martin and British model Alexa Chung started dating. Apparently, Martin once cheated on Paltrow (while they were still married) with Chung, which may have preempted the separation.

However, an ex-representative of Paltrow claims that Martin and Chung aren't dating.

Martin and Paltrow own several properties together in Malibu, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, the Hamptons and London as well.
