Shannon Beador, of the "Real Housewives of Orange County" fame, has reportedly listed her Newport Coast, California, mansion for $13.49 million.
The Real Estalker broke the news of the listing. The blog notes that this isn't the mansion's first time on the market. Beador and her husband David listed the place in April 2013 for $15.99 million. Failing to sell then, the home was de-listed.
Property records show the couple purchased an empty plot in 2006 for an unknown amount. They then hired startchitect Richard Krantz to build the giant residence, which was completed in 2012.
The single-family home sits on a 0.67-acre lot. The home is a 13,306-square feet mansion, which comprises of seven bedrooms and eight full and five half bathrooms spread across three floors.
Floor plans of the home show the expansive spread has a large foyer opening into a semi-circular gallery. The main level has a living room, a family room, a recreation room, a dining room, a pantry and a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook (barely a nook). There is a guest bedroom and a laundry on the floor. A loggia and garage are also located on the floor.
The upper floor has a bonus room, a sitting room and three other bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The entire right wing is dedicated to the master suite that has a huge master bath, a dressing room, walk-in closets and two decks.
There is a level below the main floor that has a theater, a super-spacious garage and an indoor basketball court. The blog notes that the home has a separate children's "tea party room!"
Outside, the residence has manicured lawns, a pool with a spa, an outdoor kitchen and a detached guest house that has a bedroom, a bathroom and a pool terrace!
The listing of the home lies with John Cain of Sotheby's International Realty.
"This is one of Southern California's most impressive estate properties, on one of the largest lots in the prestigious enclave of Crystal Cove. Set on an exceptionally private, gated three-quarter acre parcel, the estate is reminiscent of European country manors and legacy East Coast mansions," the listing reads.

In other "Real Housewives of O.C" real estate news, last year, Heather and Terry Dubrow sold off their mansion in the Newport Coast. Though the home was never listed in the public records, it has sold for a good $16.4 million. The couple also started construction on another house last year.
