Studio Pierrot Finally Gets The Anime Series of Twin Star Exorcists

It has been announced mid-November that Yoshiaki Sukeno's manga will be adapted to TV Anime. Now, the studio that will do the animation has been revealed. Studio Pierrot finally gets the anime series of "Twin Star Exorcists" or "Sōsei no Onmyōji."

Anime News Network reports that Shueisha's Jump SQ magazine's January issue will release more details of the upcoming TV anime series of "Twin Star Exorcists." The magazine is said to be released on Friday.

Report does not only reveal Studio Pierrot to do the animation but also the band that will perform the theme song of "Twin Star Exorcists" anime series. The name of Wagakki Band came out to do the opening and ending songs of the upcoming TV animation. As everyone knows, this group "combines rock with traditional Japanese instruments and features a vocalist who recites Japanese poetry."

It has also been noted the official website of "Twin Star Exorcists" anime series has also been launched on Friday.

Fandom Post also says that "Twin Star Exorcists" kicked off in 2013. Yoshiaki Sukeno's manga has already produced 6 volumes. And, these 6 volumes will be the enough source materials for the upcoming TV series for season 1.

This is not the first manga of Yoshiaki Sukeno that has been adapted into TV animation. If recalled his "supernatural manga comedy 'Binbougami ga!,' was adapted into the anime 'Good Luck Girl' in 2012."
