‘Fallout 4’ Hacks & Tips: 5 Exciting ‘Fallout 4’ Secrets

"Fallout 4" from Bethesda was just released last month and for sure, players have still much to explore, not to mention that the game is actually huge. From time to time, there are surprises coming out and secrets being revealed. Here's a round-up of some of the exciting secrets from the game.

A hidden Vault 75 at a school's basement

iDigital Times has reported that a vault beneath Malden Middle School has been found, and its secrets, revealed. Based on the guide from "Fallout 4" YouTuber "thenthapple," Vault-Tec seemed to have built Vault 75 for children -- judging by the box of teddy bears on the platform, facilities for children and information from the terminals -- specifically ages 17 and below. But apparently, Vault 75 was used to do controlled experiments on children who have "superior intellect, athletic ability, and probably their performance in combat," who were then killed for their organs.

A cheat room with unlimited access to every item

Tyrannicon has cracked a secret "cheat room" in "Fallout 4," giving a player unlimited access to items and weapons. It is a developer room and is only available to PC. Read here on how to get inside and get every item you want, that is, if you're fine not to play the game the legit way.

A reference to Sons of Anarchy

During a quest for Brotherhood Scribe Haylen at the Cambridge Police Station, the player is sent to the BADTFL Regional Office where there are a number of computer terminals containing information about the people jailed in September 2077. On the list is Opie Hurst, whose descriptions of physical features and possession match the "Sons of Anarchy" character Harry "Opie" Winston, which was portrayed by actor Ryan Hurst.

Opie Hurst stands 6'4" and weighs 235 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes, with a beard, arms and back tattoos. His possessions include one leather vest, one wool knit cap and motorcycle keys. He's been charged of "Possession of unlicensed laser."

Underwater Adventure

PC Gamer has reported that a Redditor has found that the ocean can be explored and has discovered an intriguing structure that looks like a pumphouse, a simple pot, and some great flora. While the player couldn't get inside the structure, it is a wonder why it is there. Add to that the fact that a harpoon gun, an underwater weapon, has also been discovered.

As per Bitbag, another Redditor has found a terminal log containing information about The Institute's plan for underwater experiments.

You can tell your companion to travel alone

Players can actually talk to their dogs and even set them to a journey alone. Just follow behind or your companion's going to be in a lot of trouble, aside from getting off the track once in a while. A video from GamesRadar shows what happened to Dogmeat when he was sent home alone.
