Kenny Rogers, the famous country singer has reportedly listed his mega mansion in Sandy Springs, Ga., for $4.8 million.
News of the listing comes two months after the former Bel Air estate of "The Gambler" hitmaker hit the market for $65 million. Rogers bought that property in 1970 and added several luxury amenities to the residence including the two lions at the enormous gate of the estate from which it derives its name - Liongate.
Bonus fact: Kenny Rogers is a "Leo" and hence the lions!
While the Bel Air estate scores a 100 on the luxury scale, the Sandy Springs home is no less. Listing records of the home state that the residence is an 11,964-square-foot Mediterranean home, comprised of six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
Rogers purchased the residence for $1.5 million in 2012.
Interiors of the house boast of marble and granite floors, vaulted high ceilings, double staircases and wood and leaded glass doors and windows.
The residence is laden with extraordinary features like a cloud-pattern ceiling in the screening room, a clamshell and unique wrap-around mural in the Roman spa, 10 fireplaces, closet chandeliers and a solarium.
Outside, the house has a luxury pool with a swim-up bar and an in-ground spa. A basketball court, manicured gardens and ample parking space are also a part of the property.
"Atlanta's exclusive North Buckhead is the setting for this magnificent Mediterranean masterpiece, the estate of Country music legend Kenny Rogers," the listing recognizes.

Currently, Rogers is busy touring the country to promote his album "You Can't Make Old Friends."
Rogers has more than 120 hit singles to his credit and has sold 13 million records around the world. He is also a member of the Country Hall of Music Fame. While we all recognize Rogers for his immense charisma and confidence, there were days when Rogers was "shakin' in his boots" in front of an audience.
Recalling his first stint at the CMA Music Fest, he told Taste of Country:
"I was scared to death. I had just kind of gotten into country music. I came out and there was all these people out there and I didn't even know they knew anything I'd done."
Rogers added that he was surprised to see the crowd singing along with him while he was performing.
