All you "Sex and the City" fans, dig this! You can now rent the Malibu mansion where Kim Cattrall's character "Samantha Jones" shacked up with her boyfriend Smith Jerrod for $100,000 a month.
The contemporary glass home is listed with real estate group Coldwell Banker and is reportedly being offered for $50,000 a month in long term rent or $100,000 a month for short term - available from September this year, according to Domaine.
The home was featured in "Sex and the City" movie. Samantha first meet Smith in a restaurant where he worked as a waiter. Eventually, she managed to take him home and they soon became an item. As Samantha owned a PR firm, she helped launch Smith's acting career and the two moved in together in course of time.
The home in question is a three-storey, modern glass palace that spans an area of approximately 5,800 square feet. The residence comprises of five bedrooms and six bathrooms, almost all of which offer panoramic views of the ocean.
Interiors feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and slider doors all around with hardwood flooring encompassed in an open floor plan. There is a modern kitchen and a spacious entertainment room. The master suite has a plush bathroom fitted with a Korean tub, a TV and the glass wall allows for ultimate sea views. There is a wine cellar too.
