Bobbi Kristina Brown's best friend Danyela Da Silva Bradley speaks about the star's final hours before she was found unconscious in a bathtub last January. She claims that Nick Gordon assaulted Bobbi hours before the tragic event.
According to Radar Online, Bradley was asked to testify against her deceased friend's lawsuit with regards to a car accident involving her and Bobbi Kristina.
In the deposition documents that were obtained by the website, Bradley insists that Bobbi Kristina was not under the influence of alcohol and drugs at the time of the accident on Jan. 27. Bradley even claims that Brown only uses drugs when she was in the company of Gordon.
Bradley reveals that she was able to witness a fight between Gordon and Brown and said, "Gordon began kicking Bobbi Kristina in the side to the point that she was on the floor screaming and curled up in a fetal position."
It reportedly caused Bobbi Kristina's tooth to get knocked out and she even needed to crawl up the stairs when Nick demanded her to leave because she can no longer walk after suffering from the physical assault.
Bradley continued that in the wee hours of Jan. 31, 2015, Gordon allegedly came home from being "out all night on a cocaine and drinking binge," and then he "reviewed camera footage of Bobbi Kristina and listened to her conversations."
It has been reported that when Gordon came out from Bobbi Kristina's room he already changed his clothes and then he allegedly "got in bed and laid his hand on female guest's ankle and stated now I want a pretty little white girl like you."
Gordon's assault to Bradley happened the same day that Brown was found unconscious in a bathtub. Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 26 at the age of 22 after being in a coma since January.
According to Mirror, Gordon has denied all accusations and allegations involving him to Bobbi Kristina's death after he was not allowed to see her in the hospital. Gordon was accused of assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress but then his legal team slammed all accusations and said that they are "slanderous and meritless."
Gordon's legal counsel also said that "Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it's shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly."
