Charlie Sheen is in a battle with his ex-fiancee Brett Rossi, who took to court her allegations that the actor bullied her into getting an abortion since he did not want to have a "retarded" baby given his HIV status.
Rossi also filed a lawsuit stating that Sheen was allegedly guilty of assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence. The two were engaged in February 2015 and have broken up after eight months.
Rossi claimed that Sheen did not tell her of his HIV-positive condition.
The "Two and a Half Men" actor is now making claims that his previous girlfriend was fully aware of his diagnosis and was open into having unprotected sex with him because she wanted to be "like a normal couple," an article from E! Online reported.
Sheen is fighting the allegations saying that his former lover is lying and that her claims are "complete fabrications." He also added that Rossi was fully aware he had the virus and that she agreed to have unprotected sex with him anyway.
The actor's lawyers also revealed that the porn star claimed that she was a nurse and that she was seeing doctors who gave her anti-HIV drugs. Rossi also said that she wanted to take the same medications that the 50-year-old actor was taking so that she could have sex with him without protection.
The presented documents rebut the allegations against Sheen claiming that he "threatened to kill her or forced her to have an abortion," revealing that these never happened. The statement also mentioned how Rossi said that she is on birth control pills throughout the course of her relationship with Sheen.
It was revealed on the reports submitted by Sheen's lawyers the reason for Rossi's accusations. The report mentioned "revenge for breaking off the engagement and cutting her off financially."
Sheen called their relationship quits after Rossi grew violent and abusive on at least three occasions when she was drunk and she did not get what she wanted. This was after receiving more than $500,000 in gifts, private jet travel and numerous benefits from the actor.
Sheen's lawyers said that Rossi is the one at fault since the porn star attempted to extort millions of dollars through disclosing the actor's medical condition. This happened even though she has signed a non-disclosure agreement and a confidential settlement agreement.
A video of Rossi claiming that Sheen has exposed her to HIV for a year has surfaced online. This basically violates their legal agreement and revealing the actor's diagnosis, which he wanted to keep secret at that time.
