'90 Day Fiance' Couple Melanie and Devar Will Guest on 'Dr. Phil'; Is Their Marriage in Trouble?

Days after TLC's "90 Day Fiance" Season 3 wrapped up, Melanie and Devar, the season's couple from Pennsylvania and Jamaica, will be guesting on the "Dr. Phil" show. Could their marriage be in trouble this early on?

Melanie and Devar will be appearing on Thursday, Dec. 10, as stated on the "Dr. Phil" website.

"Then, Melanie, from the hit TLC show, '90 Day Fiancé,' says she was vacationing in Jamaica when she met her much younger man, Devar. The couple claims to be happy, but Melanie's sister, Bev, says she believes Devar is an opportunist who is only interested in Melanie's money and a green card. Is Devar using Melanie, or have they really found true love?" the synopsis reads.

On the season finale of "90 Day Fiance," Melanie's sister Bev expressed her doubts over Devar's true intentions.

"I do not trust Devar," Bev said. "I will be warning Mel and letting her know my opinion. I always have, and I will continue."

However, Melanie brushed off her sister's fears. "I know my sister may have a few things that she's concerned about with Devar. But, I think in time, she will see that he does love me and that he can be trusted," she said.

Bev did change her mind about her new brother-in-law, when he delivered his touching vow on their emotional wedding day. During the "90 Day Fiance" tell-all special, shot months after filming concluded for the reality series, Melanie and Devar appeared to be happy and still in love.

"Dr. Phil" is psychologist Phil McGraw's talk show, famous for giving advice to troubled individuals, couples, and families. Could Melanie and Devar's appearance be a hint that there's already trouble in paradise? Fans certainly hope not.

Melanie and Devar are one of this season's fan favorites, especially after watching their heartfelt wedding.

Melanie and Devar's guesting on "Dr. Phil" will air on Thursday, Dec. 10, 3 p.m. on CBS.
