Vicki Gunvalson, one of the famous housewives of the Bravo reality show "Real Housewives of Orange County", has reportedly put her home in Coto De Caza, Calif., up for sale with an asking price of $2.89 million.
This is the same house Gunvalson toiled hard to redecorate right after she got her divorce from her former husband Donn. She and her husband split in 2010 after 16 years of marriage. Apparently, Donn was caught cheating on Gunvalson with another woman.
While they did separate in 2010, they finalized their divorce only in January, this year. Neither of the parties opted for spousal support unless their incomes changed. As part of the divorce deal, Gunvalson received the Coto De Caza home, another property in the area and two of the three Mexican timeshare properties that the couple owned together.
In fact, Gunvalson recently tried to salvage co-cast mate Shannon Beador's marriage by sending her and her husband David to one of the Mexican timeshares she owns, reports People.
Beador herself has a Newport Coast mansion listed on the market for $13.49 million.
Gunvalson also opened doors of her renovated home to Bravo channel once it was completed.
"When I sell this house, whenever that might be, I hope nobody paints over it, because I think it's just a work of art," Gunvalson said while giving a tour of the home.
The renovated residence is in perfect shape. The Mediterranean style home is a 5,400-square-feet single-family residence, sitting on an acre-large lot.
Comprising of five bedrooms and six bathrooms, the house boasts of chic interiors with high ceilings, French doors and windows, mixed flooring and spacious hallways.
There is a formal living room, dining area, an office, an updated kitchen, a family room with a wet bar and more. Outside, the house has a pool with waterfall and slide features, a spa, a detached shower and bath area, a bar, a fire pit, ample lounging areas and a parking space as well.
The listing, which lies with Flo Bullock and John Russell of Keller Williams Realty, describes the place as an "unbelievable estate" that reflects a "luxurious lifestyle."
