Tim Lincecum, the star pitcher of MLB team San Francisco Giants, has reportedly listed his home in Paradise Valley, Ariz., for $3.99 million.
The Los Angeles Times broke the news of the sale noting that Stacey Beck of HomeSmart is representing the home. Public records show that Lincecum bought the home for $3.4 million in 2012, the same year he signed a $40.5 million extension with the Giants after refusing a five-year $100 million extension to be eligible for free agency.
However in 2013, he again signed a two-year deal with the Giants for $35 million; and will now earn $17 million this year and $18 million next year. Meanwhile, the World Series champion is all set to part ways with the Arizona home he purchased from Kevin Young.
Listing records of the home reveal that the house is an 11,026-square-feet single-family, multi-winged residence sitting on a prime 2.51-acre lot. The residence has four bedrooms and five and half bathrooms.
Interiors of the house feature carpeted stone and tiled flooring, large glass windows and wooden doors. The house has high 9-foot-high flat ceilings as well.
Living spaces include a formal living room with fireplaces, a dining area, a modern kitchen with a mid-rise island and custom cabinetry. A den, a family room, a great room, a media room, an indoor basket ball court along with a retractable batting cage and a wine cellar are some of its other features. A restaurant-like sideline booth sits just beside the theater.
Outside, the home has a pool with waterfall features, a Jacuzzi, a barbecue area, an elevated sundeck and ample parking space.
The listing describes the place as:
"Artfully designed to capture floor to ceiling mountain views of Camelback, Mcdowell, and Sunset Hills at every turn. An entertaining delight! Sports enthusiasts will love the indoor basketball court w/ retractable batting cage, and restaurant style sideline booths w/ adjoining theatre room, stylish bar and theatre recliners perfect to watch game tape or the latest blockbuster."

Earlier in February, this year, Lincecum sold his condo in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" Escala Building in Seattle, Wash., for $2.25 million, taking a slight loss on the deal. The penthouse atop the building was the residence of the troubled billionaire, Christian Grey, from E.L. James' bestselling erotic "Fifty Shades of Grey" series.
Lincecum listed the home in November 2013 for $2.49 million, while public records show the home sold Jan. 29, 2014.
