Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson instantly became a household name after they portrayed the roles of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen in the YA film, "Twilight." While many fans are still rooting to see the couple back on the big screens, the "Equals" actress recently opened up on her feelings following her breakup with Pattinson. Is a reunion still possible between the two?
'RobSten' fans remain hopeful up to this date that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will reunite in front of the cameras, if not in real life. The possibility of a reunion between the two stars was raised after several fans raised the notion via Twitter posts, Mstarz reported.
While Stewart and Pattinson have yet to decide on whether they can make this a possibility for their loyal supporters, the 25-year-old actress recently shared that she is already done starring in blockbuster movies. Stewart remained thankful for being cast in "The Twilight Saga," which catapulted her to fame; the actress, however, shared that starring in such kinds of movies entails certain consequences.
"When your career reaches a certain level, there are so many responsibilities that come with that and sometimes you feel that your life is not your own anymore. That's why I decided to change a lot of things about how I was working and try to be true to myself," she said during an interview with Diva magazine.
Meanwhile, in a separate interview with The Daily Beast, the actress opened up on her breakup with Pattinson and related the experience to her upcoming movie, "Equals" together with Nicholas Hoult.
"It was incredibly painful," Stewart described. "Not all of my friends have been through what I've been through, or what some people have tasted at a relatively-speaking young age, and we're not expected to do anything."
Pattinson and Stewart have called it quits after the latter was embroiled in a scandal with her "Snow White and The Hunstman" director, Rupert Sanders. Both stars have already moved on with their lives following the breakup, and Pattinson is rumored to tie the knot with FKA Twigs before the New Year.
