As for the anime series, season 2 of "Attack on Titan" has not specifically confirmed its release date. As far as online news as its source, many claim that it will definitely premiere in 2016. The reason why director Tetsuro Araki could not specifically say the date of release is that, he has an agreement with the manga's creator Hajime Isayama. Both agreed that there has to be "4 story arcs ahead of the series," Crossmap reveals.
So far, the manga series of Hajime Isayama's "Attack on Titan" now has 3 story arcs. This means to say that it won't take long for the anime series of "AoT" to premiere in the small screen?
