'Squadron Supreme' #1 Review: Iconic Marvel Character Killed Off; Critic Rated Perfect 10

Marvel Comics' "Squadron Supreme" issue no. 1 has been released on Dec. 16, and it is shocking to know that an iconic character has been killed in its debut. Nonetheless, the critic of the comics rated it with perfect 10.

According to Gamespot, "Squadron Supreme" has made a statement by "killing off one a legendary character in a brutal way." This may be unthinkable but it works.

The first issue of "Squadron Supreme" features James Robinson's writing prowess. He also teams up with "Leonard Kirk (pencils), Paul Neary (inks), and Frank Martin (colors)."

As reported, the members of the new team are Blur, Doctor Spectrum, Hyperion, Nighthawk, and Power Princess. This "Squadron Supreme" recalls what happened in "Secret Wars" and "Battleworld." Now, this new team also is already making a name in the new Marvel Universe, but a memorable way."

Comicosity says that "'Squadron Supreme' hits like a hammer, and this team is going to be all kinds of dark fun. The group is trying to manage the threats posed to mankind. Of course, these threats are not the little menace, but those that are "world killer threats and this is the sort of team that can deal with it."

So in issue no. 1 of "Squadron Supreme," the members like, "Robinson, Kirk and Martin, do not hesitate to show exactly what this team is capable of, neutralizing a long time nuisance in the Marvel Universe and doing it in a hugely bombastic way." How the story roll in this issue will obviously affect the Marvel Universe for a longer period of time.

If "Squadron Supreme" no. 1 is any precursor, it simply means that the next issues will be "big, dark book with some rich characters doing the dirty deeds necessary to ensure the world exists tomorrow." It is an understatement to say that the debut is a huge installment of the series.

The team behind the marvel's "Squadron Supreme," particularly Leonard Kirk and Frank Martin, had delivered "those big moments in this first issue, throwing down huge splash pages and double page spreads to show the gravity of what is occurring." The story of the comics is also very rich. It is a well paced script.

Bottom line, the first issue of "Squadron Supreme" is a rock solid artwork.
