‘Teen Wolf’ Season 5B Updates: - Latest Trailer Features Scott McCall and The Beast of Gevaudan

As Scott McCall's pack goes from hell and back in the latest episodes of "Teen Wolf" Season 5B, another villain comes in their way.

The latest trailer from the MTV TV series features The Beast of Gevaudan ready to bring terror and peril to Scott and the rest of his friends. Meanwhile, a small reunion among the current and former cast of the series took place in Rome yesterday.

Cartermatt describes the Beast of Gevaudan as a man-eating dog-wolf beast that originated in France back in the 18th century. There are mixed legends about the beast; some claim that they were multiple beasts attacking people, while some say that the Beast of Gevaudan is a single beast that has managed to kill over a hundred people.

Jeff Davis, "Teen Wolf's" creator and executive producer, is leaning into exploring the origins of the mythological beasts in the series. This is believed to give the show a different perspective, offering the viewers a brief history of where the beasts came from. According to the report, it will hopefully be a deeper look into the supernatural world. Discoveries against the Dread Doctors and Theo's pack are also expected in the upcoming pisodes of Season 5B.

Meanwhile, Colton Haynes and the rest of the "Teen Wolf" alumni had a short break and enjoyed spending time together in London yesterday. Colton Haynes, who formerly played Jackson in the MTV series, shared pictures of the Post-Beacon Hills pack goofing around in Rome. Daniel Sherman, who played Isaac, was also present in the reunion together with twins Aiden and Ethan, played by Charlie and Max Carver, respectively. The perpetual villain in the series Peter portrayed by Ian Bohen was also present. The short reunion was also featured in the official website of the series, MTV.

"Teen Wolf" Season 5B is set to return on the small screens on Jan. 5, 2016. Scott and the rest of his pack are ready to take back Beacon Hills from the Dread Doctors, Theo and even the legendary Beast of Gevaudan in the all-new episodes of the MTV series.
