BBC's psychological thriller "The Fall" was renewed for third season and the production is already under way. The series stars Jamie Dornan as the serial killer Paul Spector and Gillian Anderson as police detective Stella Gibson.
According to Carter Matt, Dornan was seen a couple of times in Belfast for the past weeks which proves that Paul is back in the game.
Back in March, Belfast Telegraph reported that upcoming season 3 of "The Fall" is set to begin filming this December and January. The production reportedly worked around Jamie's hectic schedule. The "Fifty Shades Of Grey" actor is busy with his other movie engagements and there are even rumors that "Fifty Shades Darker" will start filming next spring.
Fans were happy to find out that the series has been renewed for the third season and to know what will happen to Paul after he was shot in the forest.
As can be recalled, the latest season of "The Fall" ended with Stella was cradling Paul in her arms. With that scene, a lot of fans speculated that Paul was badly hurt.
However, fans already know that Paul is alive and that he will be back for the third season. Well, it is quite impossible for the show to be back for the third season with Paul being dead. That will be a total disaster.
Variety even reported that "The Fall" season 2 earned around 3.3 million viewers on BBC Two and its finale even got higher with 3.6 million.
Meanwhile, Jaime shared to Mirror how sorry he was to those actresses who played as his victims. Most of the scenes were very brutal to watch and it was a tough job for Jaime to take. That is why he makes an effort to lighten the mood while they are on the set.
Jaime said, "When it was appropriate, I would make someone laugh."
He added, "There were scenes where I've got a ligature around my victim's neck and I'm pretending to squeeze with all my life. She's foaming at the mouth, my sweat's dripping in her eyes, I'm watching her die and her eyes are bulging."
"After every one of those scenes, when they'd say, 'Cut!' I was saying, 'Oh my God I'm so sorry," says Dornan.
"The Fall" Season 3 is set to return some time in 2016.
