'Sword Art Online' Season 3 Update: Alicization Arc Inspired Plot Almost Complete; 2016 Launch Features Kirigaya Kazuto Testing 4th-Gen Soul Translator

"Sword Art Online" season 3, an anime series from Abec and Reki Kawahara, is taking the story to the future and will focus on virtual reality.

Latest "Sword Art Online" information have already been disclosed, revealing the plot information which is based on the Alicization arc as well as the delay in launching date. A lot of rumors have been circulating about the series' development, suggesting that the anime's third season have been moved to the summer of 2016 because of the date that has been set for the development of the animated movie "SAO," Youth Health reported.

"Sword Art Online" film is going to be under the direction of Tomohiko Ito while Shingo Adachi will be designing the characters; A-1 Pictures produces the anime movie.

Besides the rumors on plot details and the delay on launch date, some reports imply that the anime series' third season may be shown before the year ends. However, the producers have to give their final statement because reportedly, they are concentrating on the series' development.

In addition, the development of the Japanese anime series is now in progress and will be nearly completed. The Alicization arc will have Kirigaya Kazuto or Kirito to work for Rath, who works for a private enterprise Rath by VR crime division officer named Kikuoka Seijirou. Kirito was selected to test a fourth generation experiment of Full Dive equipment referred as Soul Translator as well as  monitor the data and side effects.

Not known to Kirito is that the material project was intended for military reasons yet later became compliant. A virtual place named Underworld has been created more than a thousand times faster than a real world.  He was caught in a virtual world and lived as a child for eleven years, Yibada reported.

"Sword Art Online" Season 3 is expected to be aired in 2016.
