‘Attack on Titan’ News: Event Screenshot, Character Designs, Gameplays Revealed

"Attack on Titan" video game is only 2 months away before its release in the market. Just recently, fans get a treat as more of the event screenshot, character designs, gameplays have been revealed.

Siliconera reports that Koei Tecmo has disclosed several things about the upcoming "Attack on Titan" video game. The Japanese company released some screenshots and details of the game.

The report says that the new designs of the playable characters are already out. Fans now have a concrete picture of how their favorite characters look like in the video game of "Attack on Titan." Among the playable characters that have released its designs are Erwin Smith, Mike Zacharius, Nile Dok, Hitch Dreyse, Marlo Frudenberg, Titan Eren, and Female Titan.

It is also noted that the playable character female titan displays powerful strength and fighting skills that are not common to other titans. She has entirely distinct "moves that are based on martial arts, to go with some speedy action."

As for Eren, playing him in its transformed character "will have different actions compared to regular soldiers." Once a player chooses to play the Titan character, it will give him or her some perks like being knocking down other titans, smashing the buildings, and more.

Destructoid on the other hand says that the screenshot of the "Attack on Titan" video game that are released are mostly focused on 2nd half of the anime season 1. It obviously revolves around the female titan arc. Looking at the event scenes, some fights happened in the Forest of Giant Trees, and in Stohess District.

It is also noted that there are some obscure characters "Attack on Titan" video game. Among these characters are Marlo Freudenberg, Hitch Dreyse and Nile Dok, who are all Military Police members and have "appeared for a couple of episodes before never being seen again."

As of the moment, Koei Tecmo has not confirmed additional playable titan characters like armored titan. "Attack on Titan" is slated for release on February 18 in Japan for PS3, PS4 and PS Vita, but no specific schedules yet for Western release dates.
