The public surely has mixed emotions upon hearing that Anna Duggar will not, after all, leave her cheating spouse Josh Duggar. Such decision surely isn't easy for the mother-of-four, but what is it like to be in her situation?
The 3-episode TCL special "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" aired its final episode last Sunday. According to Fox News, while the show featured the drama and the excitement surrounding Jessa Duggar giving birth to her first son with husband Ben Seewald, Anna revealed more about the pains that she felt learning about Josh's cheating scandal.
To make her revelation in tune with Jessa's labor drama, she compares the situation in her marriage to labor pains. According to Fox News, she said, "I was like, 'I feel like I've been in labor for like days.' It's like when you're in labor, you just make it through the next contraction and go on and I think there's been a lot of that lately, of just taking the next step and going on."
The show also featured the 27-year-old mom-of-four visiting Jessa's home with Ben, which was the same home she and josh lived in while they were starting out as a couple. The teary-eyed Anna is shown telling Jessa, "It's special being here because the house is so different, and it's definitely Jessa and Ben's house, but there are a lot of fond memories of starting out here."
Then she said, "It's kind of a tender spot to go back and be in what was our starter home. There are a lot of sweet memories running through my mind. It was good to be back and remember and I guess have some time to look back. We'll see what God has in store for the future."
In previous episodes, according to ET Online, Anna was shown describing her marriage troubles as a bad dream. She said on the show, "It felt like a bad dream". Then added, "I think it is such a betrayal for a spouse to go through what we're walking through. It was hard. It was hard to realize it was such a public thing."
But amidst all the pain and the suffering from the troubles brought by her cheating husband, Josh Duggar, to their marriage, Anna vows to stand by Josh Duggar. Clearly, divorce is not on the table this time.
