‘Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars’ Arriving To Wii U Virtual Console In Europe For €7.99 Says Nintendo

"Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars", the classic role-playing game of Nintendo from Square Co. is finally coming its way to the Wii U players in Europe. This exciting news was formally announced by Nintendo.

The "Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars" is going to be available on Thursday, December 24 on Virtual Console, Eurogamer shares.

The first Super Nintendo Entertainment System version of "Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars" has been released in Japan and North America in 1996, however, the game never found its way to Europe. The only time that European players were able to play the said title without the need for importing was in 2008 when Super Mario RPG was made available for Wii U Virtual Console.

At present, there is still no confirmation about the date or if there is even a chance for Super Mario RPG to be released in North America on Wii U Virtual Console. However, if the forthcoming Europe release is any sign, the same confirmation will likely be coming soon from Nintendo.

The video game will be launched for Wii U Virtual Console in Europe, it makes sense to presume that it will be launched in North America soon. Unfortunately, there is no official announcement from the developer yet about the North America release. So, always stay tuned in Realty Today for more updates.

"Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars" will be sold for €7.99, however, the pricing in the UK will have to be announced. Meantime, plenty of latest Mii Fighter costumes which have been confirmed by Nintendo early this month will come to Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U consoles. Included in this package is an outfit for Geno, one of the most loved characters of "Super Mario RGP", IGN reports.
