Patrick Dempsey To File Lawsuit Against Sports Clothing Company For Not Paying Him In Full

Patrick Dempsey is taking his claws out as he files a lawsuit against sports clothing company GBG Spyder for failing to pay him in full in endorsement fees. The 'Grey's Anatomy' actor shares that the company stopped paying him even after he committed to physical appearances and putting Spyder's logo on his race cars. Patrick Dempsey shares that he only got $270,000 out of the amount that they've promised. He's suing the company for the sum of $1.5 million.

When it comes to Patrick Dempsey's racing career, a new report confirms that he won't be participating in the World Endurance Championship next year. Although his name will remain on the racecars thanks to a two-year contract, other top drivers will be manning them in lieu of the actor. Last season was a great one for Patrick Dempsey; as he celebrated his first-ever class win in one of the divisions of the said car competitions. This was a treat for the actor after his departure from the Shonda Rhimes production.

In personal news, rumors emerged that Patrick Dempsey was seeing Jennifer Garner now that she's set to divorce Ben Affleck. The former co-stars said to have bonded over their respective marriage woes, and rumors say that have decided to date on the down low. Patrick Dempsey and Jennifer Garner first met on the set of 'Valentine's Day' back in 2010, but these rumors were quickly dispelled and that they are just being good friends to one another especially that they've been facing similar ordeals.

Patrick Dempsey is currently filming alongside Renee Zellweger and Colin Firth for 'Bridget Jones' Baby.' The cast of the sequel of the classic is busy filming in the United Kingdom, and not much has been revealed regarding the movie's plot or any developments regarding the well-loved characters. 'Bridget Jones' Baby' is set to premiere on September 16, 2016.
