‘Arrow’ Season 4 Spoilers: Felicity Smoak Will NOT Die; Oliver’s Fiancée Was Pregnant but Lost the Baby After the Ambush?

"Arrow" season 4 has been egged with rumors following Felicity Smoak's injury. Although she will not die, new rumors are circulating that she was pregnant with Oliver's baby before their ambush.

After the cliffhanger winter finale of "Arrow" season 4, fans have never stopped speculating about the fate of Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). With the new video preview for episode 10, it is almost certain that Felicity will be cleared from danger, as Thea Queen (Willa Holland) mentioned to her brother Oliver (Stephen Amell). However, it also dropped a new bomb regarding her condition.

What can be more shocking than Felicity's death? According to Fashion & Style, fans think that Felicity might have been pregnant with Oliver's baby when Damien Darhk's (Neil McDonough) men ambushed the couple.

Tying this speculation with the video preview, it could very well be what Donna Smoak (Charlotte Ross) just found out as Oliver arrived in the hospital. Although it was earlier speculated that Felicity might have been paralyzed, her having a miscarriage works better with the plot the show is headed.

"Arrow" creators have been talking about how they would take OliCity's relationship to the next level. During the mid-season finale, it seemed like the couple's relationship will end on a high note, with Oliver finally proposing to Felicity. However, the ambush happened and their life turned upside-down in an instant.

Felicity getting shot could either have a good or bad effect on their relationship. It could make the couple stronger and more united than ever or it could be the start of them drifting apart from each other. If Felicity was indeed with a baby, this could lead to a breakdown once she finds out that Oliver fathered a son from an old girlfriend. The creators have confirmed that Felicity will find out about Oliver's child, eventually.

Catch "Arrow" season 4, episode 10 on The CW on Jan. 20.
