The brother of Glee actor Mark Salling's roommate revealed to Radar Online that the actor's family and friends are surprised he has child pornography in his possession. The insider also claimed that everything the police took from his room were not associated with his brother.
"Everything was Mark's," Frank Hernandez, brother of Jonathan Hernandez, told Radar.
"Everything was raided in Mark's room and taken from there had nothing to do with my brother."
The insider disclosed that even though his brother and Salling were close friends, each of them had their own private space in separate living areas in their home in Sunland, California. He also said his brother was not there when the raid happened but was also surprised that it happened to Mark.
"He's surprised, but I think police interviewed him and asked him a lot of questions."
The 33-year-old television star was thrown in jail after he was arrested and after his home was raided. Salling was able to post bail for $20,000 on December 29 and was released.
Frank also mentioned that the police may have heard about the photos from the actor's ex-girlfriend which led to his arrest, "Apparently, it was a setup." His brother is now cooperating with police regarding the matter.
Document submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court said that in March 2011, model and DJ Roxanne Gorzela claimed that Mark Salling refused to wear a condom during a sexual encounter despite her demands. The argument turned violent between the two who were, at that time, in a relationship for 6 months. The Glee star denied all the allegations and they settled the case with Mark paying his ex-girlfriend $2.7 million.
