After celebrating her birthday, Kate Middleton had a post celebration with her family and friends at Sandringham, England as she attended a morning service at the St. Mary Magdalene Church.
The Duchess of Cambridge was joined by her parents Carole and Michael and siblings Pippa and James. The family joined the royals for the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli campaign during World War II. Apart from the Middletons, Princess Charlotte's godparents, James Meade and Sophie Carter were also seen in the event, E! Online reported.
Wearing a Michael Kors Collection tweed blazer and skirt with a black hat featuring a floral detail and a twisted low chignon, Middleton walked hand in hand with husband Prince William as they join the 89-year-old Queen and the 94-year-old Prince Philip.
The couple watched the wreath laying ceremony at the War Memorial Cross to mark the Gallipoli anniversary. But the Middletons left prior to the service, perhaps joining Prince George, 2-years-old and 18-months-old Princess Charlotte who were left at the Anmer Hall.
Anmer Hall is where Prince William and Princess Kate lives, which is a 10-bedroom home located in the Sandringham estate.
According to the Sandringham Estate website, the place "is the much-loved country retreat of Her Majesty The Queen, and has been the private home of four generations of British monarchs since 1862." It features a garden set in 24 hectares of land and is dubbed as the most stately home in Norfolk. It is located at the heart of the 8,000-hectare Sandringham Estate wherein its 240 hectares is comprised of woodland of the Country Park.
But aside from enjoying the museum and the park, people are also allowed to rent the Garden House and The Granary, People reported.
As for the celebration of the Duchess, it was a "low-key private event" since Kate Middleton doesn't want to make a fuss and she even chose to spend it in her own residence.
