First-time home buyers can sometimes be apprehensive when it comes to purchasing a new home. If one decides to rent or buy a house, always bear in mind that there are pros and cons. When renting, there is no need to save more for down payment. Normally, in renting there is a short-term commitment needed from the owner as seen through the signed contract between the two parties.
