H.I.G Capital Appoints Graham Emmett as New Managing Director for Its London Real Estate Team

H.I.G. Capital recently announced Graham Emmett's appointment as the new managing director for their London real estate team. Emmett, who was a Cheyne Capital Investment partner before, had a relevant background as a Lead Portfolio manager of Cheyne's real estate debt vehicle. Graham's experience also includes the investment and transactional sectors in all the different capital structures.

Graham has also headed the European Mezzanine debt investment team of Goldman and Sach's Special Situations Group. Furthermore, he has served as the finance director at the Delancey Estate.

Moreover, he was also an ICG Longbow partner, before joining Cheyne. ICG Longbow is a leading real estate lender based in London. He has been in the real estate sector and had different roles in the past 25 years.
