Calvin Harris is the top paid DJ of the world for 2015 with $66 million of earnings. The 32-year-old Scottish DJ is no longer new when it comes to excessive wealth. But apparently, he is listing is his Hollywood Hills West Mansion for sale for $10 million. Harris has a net worth of $160 million, according to The Richest.
According to a website called YOUR EDM, the reason for the sale was not mentioned but most likely, Calvin will move to a bigger and more luxurious place given his extreme wealth.
As described in LA Times report, Harris' mansion is a two-story contemporary-inspired home that features a private and double-gated driveway. The home was built in 1953 and was renovated accordingly. The mansion has over 4,100 square feet with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The property for sale is a "Zen-inspired contemporary masterpiece on one of the most highly coveted streets above the Sunset Strip," says Trulia.
The interiors of the house features white-walled space with dark wood floorings, beamed ceilings as well as glass and steal staircase. There is also a formal living room and dining area. The home is also a spacious and clean chef's kitchen with a breakfast bar. In addition, it has a state of the art home theatre and family room with a wet bar.
It is in the second level of the mansion where the master suite is situated. It has its own fireplace, a sitting area and also a wall-to-floor ceiling glass that overlooks the rest of the common areas.
To add more to that, the house also has a 10-car motor court and a private guesthouse with separate entry. There is also an infinity pool and a beautiful and well-landscaped garden.
It has been reported that based on property records, DJ Calvin purchased the house back in 2013 for $7 million. The well-respected Joshua and Matthew Altman of Douglas Elliman were Harris' listing agents.
