Playboy Mansion for Sale: Larry Flynt Says He Will Not Buy Hugh Heffner's Estate

Hustler founder Larry Flynt will not buy the Playboy Mansion.

TMZ exclusively interviewed the man behind Playboy Magazine's riskier rival, the Hustler, if he would purchase Hugh Hefner's estate. It was after the latter's iconic Playboy Mansion has been put to the real estate market just this week.

The 79-year-old Flynt directly answered the interviewer that he cannot afford the crazy multi-million tag price of the Playboy Mansion.

"I like my own toys and I don't want his dirty sheets," Flynt also said.

With that in mind, how can even Flynt and Hefner who are known for being rivals can live in one roof? Flynt also told TMZ why he will not make the Playboy Mansion sale happen.

"He's 90 now," Flynt said. "One foot on a banana peel, one foot on the grave."

The Hustler honcho took a jab at Heffner's age and how the weird condition can affect the possible agreement between Heffner and the new owners.

The Playboy Mansion, which hosts a lot of parties and several of Hefner's cameo in films, seems to have lost its shine as the years go by.

TMZ previously dropped the bomb that Playboy Enterprises will sell the 6-acre mansion for $200 million and has a special condition included in the contract. If the residence will be purchased, the owners will live alongside Heffner as part of the "lifetime estate" clause.

Playboy CEO Scott Flanders announced the news that they are planning to "reinvest" the money that they will get from the sale for the future of the adult magazine empire.

"This is the right time to seek a buyer for this incredible property who understands the role the Mansion has played," Flanders said.

Heffner was known for sharing the estate with a string of "Playboy Playmates" who later become his lovers or even as wives. Some of his notable "Playboy" relationships include Kimberley Conrad, Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson. He is currently married to another Playmate and his third wife, Crystal Harris.
