Los Angeles Homes For NFL Teams Rams and Chargers

Football fans in Los Angeles cannot help but feel the excitement now that two NFL teams are moving to the city. St. Louis Rams and San Diego Chargers are moving to LA.

It was previously reported that upon the news of the arrival of the "Rams," Los Angeles-based real estate agents scramble to get a good deal and find them their perfect home. On Rams alone, the whole team is already composed of "53-man roster, coaches, assistant coaches and most likely 100 more people" and all will need a new place where they can settle down. And now, LA Times reported that the San Diego Chargers are already in negotiation for a possible move to LA. The Chargers were able to secure a new name, "Los Angeles Chargers" and "LA Chargers."

The moves made by the two NFL teams in Los Angeles are a big shot for the city's real estate market. They all need a place to stay so that calls for a busy market for real estate agents. LA Times reported that Ed Kaminsky, a Manhattan Beach real estate agent who specializes in finding homes for pro athletes have been making calls already with the Rams offices and agents.

And now, the Realtor came up with suggestions of homes from their listings on where Rams and Charges players can stay.

For beach lover's players, a three-bedroom and three-and-half-bathroom Manhattan Beach home is in the market for $6.7 million. The property gives a stunning 180-degree ocean view.

For players who want some Hollywood appeal, the Mid-Century Modern-inspired home of producer Jerry Bruckheimer is in the market for $14.5 million. And for those party players who want a more active night life and great party pad, a Zen-inspired four-bedroom mansion is perfect. It is in the market for $9.995 million.

Meanwhile, The Real Deal reported that Los Angeles Rams owner Stan Kroenke is set to borrow around $1 billion from JPMorgan Chase to build his Inglewood stadium project. In this future stadium the Rams and maybe the Chargers will play.
