Armani Casa's $15 Million Penthouse Comes with Special Perks, Including Italy Trip to Meet Giorgio Armani

Any buyer who can shell out $15 million for a penthouse being built in Sunny Isles Beach will have the chance to see its designer in Italy. And, that is no other than, Giorgio Armani himself.

Developers are now selling the tower's second $15 million penthouse. To gain more potential buyers they have included special perks in the package, including a trip to Italy to personally meet Armani himself, according to Miami New Times.

High-end real estate deals with extra perks and unusual packages are nothing new in Miami. Some have included expensive artworks and even Lamborghinis in deals just like the toys in a "Happy Meal." But with this project, a partnership between Dezer Development and Related Group with the House of Armani onboard on branding tip and design, is offering an experience as part of the deal.

According to the report, the buyer will get a pair of first-class, round trip tickets to Milan, Italy. Aside from that, they will stay at the Armani Hotel Milano for two days, enjoy an exclusive tour at Armani's flagship store, dine at the Armani Ristorante, enjoy the cocktails at Armani Privé, and receive a signed copy of Armani's book.

Although the package does not include tickets to the Armani runway show or any gear from Armani, any buyer who can afford to shell out $15 million can definitely find their way to get those things.

Miami Curbed wrote that the penthouse has six bedrooms on the 53rd and 54th floors. Giorgio Armani designed its interiors and the property is expected to be completed in 2018. Gil Dezer said that 180 out of 308 units have been sold since they started selling last summer.

The 60-story property will rise on an oceanfront site at 18975 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. This will be Armani's first project in the country. Other Armani Casas are located in Century Spire, in Manila, Philippines; Maçka Residences in Istanbul, Turkey and The World Towers in Mumbai, India.
