James Laurinaitis Net Worth: Football Star Lists $2.3 million Missouri House

James Laurinaitis, an American football linebacker for the St. Louis Rams is currently selling a real estate property.

The star linebacker is reportedly selling his beloved 7,000-square-foot home located in Creve Coeur, Missouri with an asking price of $2.3 million.

The listing of the property was revealed a couple of weeks after the Rams were voted by the NFL to return to Los Angeles after playing in the Gateway City for 21 years.

The Missouri home was built in 2012 and was immediately bought by Laurinaitis and his wife, Shelley since they both fell in love with the home and they were impressed by the six-bedroom spec of the house. Listing agent Rorey Lane said that the coupe even bought it “on the spot, furniture and all.”

While living in the house, the couple added a few upgrades to the home adding a saltwater pool with hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, and pergola. The house is a certified green home which is one impressive feature. Aside from that, they also "finished the 2,700-square-foot lower level with a media room, a 700-bottle wine cellar, and a full bar," Realtor.com wrote.

The house 11 Sherwyn Ln house doesn't just have six bedrooms but it also features five full baths and two half baths on a 7,000 sq ft floor area which sits on a 1.06 acres lot. One can get a virtual tour of the house through Matter Port.

Its light filled great room has white oak wood floors, clerestory windows, shutters and French doors. The kitchen is complete with multiple prep areas, professional grade appliances, quartz and iron ore counter tops and wet bar. Meanwhile, the master suite has its own spa which will surely become a favorite retreat.

When the couple bought the home, agent Lane said that it will be their forever home but it appears that the family has new plans which may be connected to the Rams's transfer to Los Angeles as decided by Rams owner Stan Kroenke.

Apparently, the transfer of NFL players from St. Louis to Los Angeles already started and linebacker James Laurinaitis is one of those who will say goodbye to Missouri.
