The Beverly Hills real estate property of the late Jerry Weintraub is now on the market and being sold at a high price of $25 million.
Weintraub, who was a film producer and artist manager, had lived in the Doheny Road mansion for four decades before he passed away in 2015. Now, the hot property is listed on the market for $25 million, reported the Los Angeles Times.
With such a price comes the perks of luxurious living. The estate, which has a total of 43,768 square feet of lot, has a two-story mansion with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as listed on Redfin. One of the highlights of this Beverly Hills home is its glass walls in almost all of its corners.
The gated elevated property has a covered car garage for three vehicles, while a total of 25 cars can be parked on the estate's motor court.
The mansion was bought by Weintraub and his wife, Jane Morgan, for $165,000 in 1974 and over time, the property was updated to look more modern. A complete renovation was done 10 years ago.
The perks of this hedged property include a media room with an attached wet bar and elevator. The home is also equipped with a wine cellar, a gym, a game room and an office. It would seem that one master's suite is not enough because this private mansion has two.
The LA mansion also boasts of a resort-style swimming pool and spa complete with fire elements. Near the pool is an eating area which has an outdoor kitchen.
For visitors who would stay overnight or even more than a day, a separate guest house is included in this mansion in a private community. The exterior is surrounded by resort-style gardens and for those who love to sweat a little, a tennis court is also found on the grounds.
Weintraub's extravagant property is listed under Westside Estate Agency, Inc. with agent Fred Bernstein.
