Bridgehampton Manse Listed for $29.95M

An exquisite house designed by architect Timothy Haynes is in the market for $29.95 million. The house in Bridgehampton is sitting on a three-acre property with over 350-foot frontage on Sagg Pond.

"It's beautiful water frontage," says The Corcoran Group's listing agent, Susan Breitenbach, as per Newsday report. "The house itself was totally custom - designed with the high end of everything."

The 15,000-square-foot house has wall of glass under its 30-foot ceiling. There is a reflecting pool surrounding the glass entrance. Ten bedrooms include a master suite with his-and-her bathrooms, dressing room, sitting room and a terrace. The property has an all-weather tennis court, a pool house and a heated gunite pool. Inside is a storage for 1,800 wine bottles by David Spon.

Beyond through the glass walls are the views of the farm fields, the lake and the landscape made by Edmund Hollander, as written on an article from Hampton Real Estate.

The first floor features a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances and pantry. The dining room has large windows overlooking a wide lawn. There is a huge playroom and a large screened porch with fireplace.

The second floor has the master suite and three other bedrooms. There is also a private two-story guest wing that includes a living room, library, powder room and wet bar on the first level and in the upstairs are three bedroom suites.

The house has full automation, security system with cameras, Lutron lighting, a backup generator and a permit for a dock. There is a four-car garage, two staff suites, playroom, laundry and gym. There is an additional storage space behind the garage. Fountainhead Construction built modern custom home to the highest standards.
