Nigerian Slum Makoko to Welcome Floating School

The floating slum on Lake Lagos, Makoko is gearing up to welcome an architectural brilliance – a three story floating school. The project is being developed by Nigeria-born Netherland based architect, Kunle Adiyemi and the Heinrich Boell Stiftung; a Germany based green project foundation to meet the social, civil and physical needs of underprivileged people of the slum.
