The Fitbit Blaze was recently introduced on Tuesday which helps the weight conscious people to track their weight loss progress even more fashionable.
This latest device was created by Fitbit which will be set for release in March. The pre-orders are already open to those who wanted to own one. To those who are curious about its functionality and how it appears in the market, it's like a rubber band with leather or metal and has a GPS, heart rate tracking and automatic sleep monitoring.
James Park, CEO and co-founder of Fitbit, said that a healthy lifestyle nowadays is greatly needed. In order to help those who are health conscious out there, they created this 'Blaze' device to make their health tracking more fashionable.
He said, "One of the first things we learned in this industry is that fitness is personal -- and if something isn't your style, you won't wear it."
"With Fitbit Blaze, we pushed the boundaries of what's possible to create a beautiful, versatile device that can be customized to fit your personal style -- while packing a powerful fitness punch to help you reach your goals."
"Fitblaze delivers a combination of innovative features that were carefully selected with intention and purpose, designed to motivate and offer a fitness experience that is more effortless and more useful with advanced guidance and coaching," he added.
What others think about this Fitbit Blaze is that it looks the same with the Apple Watch and has similar features. The difference is that the latter was intended for text messaging, receiving calls, and reminding through calendar notifications.
Like this Apple Watch, Fitbit Blaze is also water resistant. So, that means it can still remain functional with sweat, splash, and rain roof. The battery life can go through 5 days which allows the user to enjoy the functions through several days like tracking the steps taken as well as the activity, calories burned and stairs climbed.
Aside from that, the users can also play music as well as adjust the volume of the playlist. With $199.95, any user could already have it. If they opt to change the leather strap, they could also have it for $99.95. If they like to have it in metal link strap, they have to purchase it for $129.95.
Fitbit Blaze will not be available until March. There is also a Fitbit Charge which is also similar to 'Blaze' which the users could also try while waiting for its arrival this year. It has also the same features like the 'Fitbit Blaze.'
