Motorola Moto 360's leaked image was more of a deliberate move than an accidental exposure.
Moto employees were seen openly sporting what is suspected to be the rumored Moto 360 2. However, many are asking whether this is a purely unintentional leak as the product is being taken out for a test drive, or is it a clever tactic to get people talking more about the device which is supposedly going to be launched towards the end of the year?
Two isolated sightings of the rumored Moto 360 follow-up were seen online by several Chicago commuters. One was seen in a Chicago train and posted in Google+, while the other one was seen nearby the Chicago Merchandise Mart which was immediately posted on Reddit.
Both Motorola's Moto 360 onlookers who posted the pictures took them in secret and so were unable to inquire the wearers about the smartwatch. However, both owners of accounts have said that it appeared very much similar to the Motorola Moto 360, particularly with the aspect of flat tire display. The only difference is that the new gadget has traditional slugs.
Motorola's Moto 360's flat tire display was condemned by a lot of people because it appeared traditional. But despite of the criticisms, Motorola's smartwatch outdid several of its rivals. Some said that the 360 is relatively better than both the Sony Smartwatch 3 and the Apple Watch.
The rumored follow-up to Motorola's highly acclaimed smartwatch is also reported to integrate many enhancements, some of which are iOS compatibility and turbo charging.
Moto 360 2 has been stuck in the grapevine for months now. Motorola is still yet to make an official announcement regarding the anticipated device. However, if the IFA Berlin unveiling substantiates as true, it is expected that the new smartwatch will be available this coming September.
