Marvel's "Jessica Jones" premiere is fast approaching, however all fans have seen so far is a hallucinogenic trailer that could be tagged as a Pink Floyd music video. Set photos show cross overs of the show with Luke Cage.
There were a handful of images shared by Entertainment Weekly on Thursday, it gave the fans a good look at some of the major characters of the series.
Of course, there is Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, an ex-superhero who chooses to be a private detective. Then we got Luke Cage played by Mike Colter, this guy is getting his stand alone series in 2016, Rachael Taylor as Trish Walker, David Tennant as Kilgrave, other significant names like Wil Traval, Carrie-Anne Moss and Eka Darville.
However, the images are not detailed, Ritter's character definitely doesn't look good. Jessica jones will investigate Ritter, engaging people with extraordinary capabilities. Her story will intercept in the process, which includes, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and Daredevil, among others.
Though the trailer showed a very odd-looking world, the images feature a more realistic photo. The characters all seem to be everyday people roaming around the city, even if some of them have special powers. Thinking that Jessica Jones happens in the same gritty and no-frills Marvel Cinematic Universe like Daredevil in Netflix, it will be another possible crossover.
The series is about Jessica Jones, an ex-superhero who hanged her cape after unfortunate events. She moved forward to start over again and decided to be a private detective. She's from New York City. During the first season, in the 13 episodes, she fought PTSD and resolved cases using her superhuman abilities, like crossover/love interest Luke Cage, mind control specialist Killgrave.
