Apple iOS 9 users who have upgraded to version 9.0.2 on Sept. 30 were expecting that their Apple devices would work flawlessly. However, the opposite happened. It had failed to remedy the issues and, since then, some bugs had been more obvious.
Apple iOS 9.0.2 users believe the new version was hastily made, and they are now suffering the consequences of this action. Still, many are crossing their fingers that the iOS 9.1, which is currently in Beta, will fix the issues. Nevertheless, iOS 9.0.2 is not as bad as iOS 8.
iOS 9.0.2 failed to stabilize iOS 9 and when the patch arrived and was applied, the notification bug was more noticeable than before. It is now preventing users from being alerted with their notifications. The notification bug is currently affecting several devices including iPhones, iPods, and iPads. Native and third party apps are also affected, Forbes reported.
Another problem being experienced by iOS users is with its iMessage. The messenger app is preventing certain users from sending iMessages to other users who were not using iOS 9.0.2 yet. However, some are reporting the issue has been fixed with the latest release while others were still experiencing the issue. Some are even calling it "weird.
Another iOS 9 issue is the POP email bug. This bug prevents users from accessing emails that have attachments on them. "Not yet downloaded from server" message shows when users try to access the particular email. A work around was made for this bug, user can use a third party app that will handle those POP emails, GeekSnack reported.
iOS 9.0.2 POP bug has been widely discussed in the Apple discussion forums. The thread has taken 22-page long with more than 200 users participating in the discussions.
Apple iOS 9.0.2 users are hoping that the iOS 9.1 beta will resolve the majority of the issues.
