'Grand Theft Auto V' Update: Halloween DLC Not True, But It Could Happen; 'We Listen to Players' Comments, Requests' Says Developer

"Grand Theft Auto 5" is not having a halloween DLC.

Halloween is just around the corner and fans would be ecstatic to have a Halloween DLC, which has been rumored, for the highly successful "Grand Theft Auto 5." However, this is a disappointment overload, it is a hoax.

"Grand Theft Auto 5" game developer Rockstar has not uttered a single word about the Halloween DLC. It is nothing but a rumor. For a little background, it all started with a banner that suddenly popped up on the PlayStation 4 gaming console,. It quickly spread like a wildfire, iDigitalTimes reported.

"Grand Theft Auto 5" halloween DLC is not true because first, no other announcement came from Rockstar. Second, if one will visit the official page, nothing is also mentioned about it. Third, it is only in PS4 that the supposedly banner was seen. No banner or whatsoever were seen on the other platforms. Fourth, the image that was used in the banner was from a previous "GTA" DLC and several word looked edited as well. Given the circumstance, they could have created a brand new banner instead. Adding them all up, there will be none coming, as the report continued,

"We know that players are looking for some fun customization options around their personal apartments and we have a few ideas that we're currently working on for future updates,' as Imran Sarwar, the Design Director for Rockstar North, discussed things with IGN.

Sarwar also said that the GTA production has been listening to the comments and request of those who plays the game, which gave them ideas. If it is feasible, they then try to develop new items and different features that can then be included in the next DLC.

"Grand Theft Auto 5" design director continued, "We're definitely working on more vehicles among other things for you to collect for future updates - please make sure to stay tuned here at the Newswire for more info about that soon.
