'Halo 5: Guardians' Update: New Community System Hosts Forums, 100 Members, Profile Page; Group Emblem, Motto, Banner CustomizableVia Incentive Pack

"Halo 5: Guardians," an upcoming addition to the sci-fi action-shooter game series, has an added feature. The developer has revealed that it will have a new community system, which is called the "Spartan Companies."

"Halo 5: Guardians" game developer 343 Industries has officially revealed the news for the "Spartan Companies." It is similar to a guild system or a clan system, which other games employ, but with an added twist. The said system will have a separate forum for each group or companies, IGN reported.

"Halo 5: Guardians" new system will let players communicate or connect with friends and like-minded gamers. A player has the option to create one or simply join an existing one. However, a player can only be connected to a single company at any given time. The user, then, will have to choose intelligently. In addition, each company can accommodate up to 100 members, the report continued.

Once a company has been formed, a forum will be available in Halo Waypoint where members can check out their personal stats, as well as, those of other members of the company. A customizable profile page will also be available, to make one's company stand-out from the rest. That is in addition to each members profile page. The leaders can alter their banner, motto and company emblems. More options may also be included in the future, Halo Waypoint announced.

As a way of Halo's welcoming one's company, a new group with an initial count of four individual players, will get an incentive pack or REQ pack. Customization items are included in the incentive pack for each company member. Once a company has filled up the ranks, its legendary warriors should be battle ready for the Wargames.

"Halo 5: Guardians" will hit the stores on Oct. 27 and will be available on Microsoft's next-Gen console, the Xbox One.
