If you are an avid "Person of Interest" fan, you will certainly come to your senses about the fact that The Machine's state is not doing very well. It was shown as badly damaged from the latest teaser of Season 5 and the characters are very well aware of the truth that there is so much things to be done for The Machine to work efficiently.
In the next season, the facial recognition software's damage of The Machine was shown, Venture Capital Post reported. Greg Placeman stated that it is too soon to tell if The Machine will be very much alive but the thing about it is that if it still has a heartbeat and if they have a chance to resuscitate it even if there is. Along with the damage is the incapability of The Machine to recognize the team's faces. They have to work out the machine's bug so that they can set up their latest mission.
On the other hand, John Reese (Jim Caviezel) is starting a new relationship while Harold Finch (Michael Emerson) is still trying to overcome the sorrow in saying goodbye to The Machine. Though the start of Reese's relationship was revealed, it was already been reported that it will not last. Joss Carter (Taraji P. Henson) was said to be the reason why. Her death will be constantly on his memories in the new season. There nothing much to explore about his new relationship because the episodes was shortened for this season.
At the recently held event of New York Comic con, it was a brand new treat for the fans where the Season 5's teaser was displayed, Together with them are the executive producers and few of the cast members. Realty Today reported.
